• Appearance: A brilliant, deep ruby-red with hints of maturity on the rim of older vintages.
• Bouquet: Refined aromas dominated by black fruit-especially cassis and blackberry-intertwined with savoury notes of tobacco leaf, forest floor, and a subtle, well-integrated oak spice.
• Taste: Exhibits a taut, muscular structure with a beautiful mid-palate richness. The tannins are present and firm, requiring time to soften, leading to a long, mineral-driven finish that speaks volumes of its gravel terroir. An exceptional example of Moulis finesse.
