The grandson of a winemaker in Roussillon, Marc grew up immersed in the world of wine — a family legacy he carries on with dedication and pride. A graduate of the Université du Vin in Suze-la-Rousse, he quickly earned a strong reputation as a sommelier thanks to his deep knowledge of French wines and terroirs. After several years of experience in the field, Marc successfully founded and managed a wine bar in Warsaw, which became a must-visit spot for seasoned wine lovers. Today, he leads Selection Sommelier, a company known for its rigorous wine selection and unwavering commitment to quality. His personal favorite? White Burgundies — especially Meursault — for their refined aromas and exceptional balance.

A talented sommelier and specialist in high-end restaurant management, Rémi has built a prestigious international career with key positions in renowned establishments such as the Hyatt in Dubai, the Marriott in Mumbai, and the Intercontinental in Bangkok. His expertise allows him to identify and select remarkable wines tailored to the expectations of a refined global audience. As head of export and wine selection at Selection Sommelier, Rémi ensures that every bottle offered meets the highest standards of quality and prestige. His passion for wine and meticulous attention to detail guarantee the satisfaction of even the most discerning clients.
