• Bouquet: Delicate and complex, opening with ripe blackcurrant and blackberry, underscored by the classic Margaux perfume of violet. Notes of fine cedar, gentle vanilla spice, and subtle tobacco leaf emerge from the French oak maturation.

Food Match & Decanting

A superb match for classic British roasts and game. Serve slightly below room temperature at 16-18°C. We suggest decanting for an hour to allow the wine's full complexity to blossom.
