Tasting Notes

• Colour: A profound, dark ruby-garnet hue.
• Nose: Intensely aromatic, presenting a lovely combination of crushed wild strawberry, raspberry, and rose petal scents, underpinned by classic Bordeaux notes of cedar and a hint of graphite.
• Palate: The wine is medium-bodied with excellent grip and a beautiful, silky texture. The core of pure black and red fruit is complemented by overtones of liquorice, white pepper, and delicate spice. The tannins are refined, leading to a long, generous, and precise finish.

Food Pairing & Serving

This Margaux is the perfect accompaniment to a refined Sunday Roast or a formal dinner. We recommend serving it slightly below room temperature at 16-18°C after a brief decanting to allow the aromatics to unfold.
