Flavour Profile & Winemaking

The main component is Sémillon for body and lusciousness, blended with Sauvignon Blanc to maintain vital freshness, and a small percentage of Muscadelle.

• Colour: A dazzling deep gold, deepening to a burnished amber with bottle age.
• Aromatics: The nose is highly expressive, featuring intense notes of honey, apricot preserve, marmalade, and exotic fruits (pineapple, passion fruit), underpinned by hints of spice and orange peel.
