The Grand Vin is famed for its high percentage of Cabernet Franc, which dictates a style of perfume and finesse over sheer power. The stunning, new Philippe Starck-designed cellar-shaped like a ship's bow-reflects the modern, forward-thinking style of the wine itself.

• Nose: Intensely aromatic, showing layers of infused black fruit (blackcurrant, mulberry), lifted floral scents of violet and rose, and a signature Graves minerality.
