The Diefs champion a blend of traditional expertise and modern techniques-from hand-harvesting old vines planted at high density to using concrete eggs and amphorae for part of the aging process. This commitment ensures the final blend-dominated by Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot-retains its fruit purity while gaining the structure and velvety texture typical of top Bordeaux.

• Appearance: Deep, inky ruby; a concentrated and powerful look.
• Aromatics: A sophisticated bouquet of ripe black fruits, dark plum, and tobacco leaf, with underlying notes of pencil lead and sweet spice from premium French oak.
• The Palate: Full-bodied and authoritative, the wine coats the mouth with rich, concentrated fruit. The tannic frame is firm but beautifully integrated, evolving into a silky texture on the mid-palate. It has excellent length and a persistent, savoury finish.
