From the heart of the Côte de Beaune, the Domaine Bruno Colin's Chassagne-Montrachet Rouge Vieilles Vignes is a magnificent example of premium Burgundy Pinot Noir. While Chassagne is famed for its whites, the red wines are elegant, structured, and increasingly sought after by connoisseurs.

The 'Vieilles Vignes' designation (Old Vines, 45+ years) ensures superb concentration and depth of flavour. The Domaine is committed to organic farming, producing wines with a focus on tension and purity.

• Tasting Note: Expect a rich ruby hue, leading to a nose dominated by juicy red fruits-think ripe cherry, cassis, and a touch of woodland spice. The palate is full, yet silky, with soft tannins and a lovely sweetness on the finish. The 12 months spent in French oak (25% new) adds complexity without masking the fruit.

Serving Suggestion

A truly special occasion wine. Pair with fine dining fare and serve at a cellar temperature of 15°C. This wine has a strong aging potential, capable of developing tertiary notes of truffle and musk over 5-15 years.
