Tasting Notes & Maturation

Its extraordinary concentration and finesse are the result of a long 33-month maturation in 100% new French oak. The wine is deep garnet, almost inky. The bouquet is lavish and complex:

• Fruit Character: Intense blackcurrant, dark plum, and red cherry compote.
• Oak Influence: Notes of vanilla pod, toasted coffee bean, and sweet baking spices.
