• Visual: A bright, clear pale gold, often showing youthful green tints.
• Aromatics: Clean and intense, offering a bouquet of fresh lemon, lime zest, and subtle white blossoms. The nose has a distinct minerality that speaks of its Burgundian limestone origins.
• Mouthfeel: The palate is defined by its exhilarating, high-definition acidity and taut structure. Notes of green apple and white stone fruit are balanced by a creamy texture and a long, refreshing, and slightly salty finish. A truly invigorating experience.
