Tasting Notes (Typical Vintage)

• Appearance: A deep, alluring ruby red with subtle violet reflections.
• Bouquet: An expressive and charming nose, featuring concentrated notes of ripe red berries (cherry, wild strawberry), sweet spice, cedar, and an underlying floral lift of violet.
• Taste: The palate is notably elegant, with a fine, silky tannic framework and a bright acidity that provides excellent balance. It is medium-to-full bodied, juicy, and culminates in a long, savoury finish that suggests both complexity and grace.
